At ARK Nutri Food, we strive to deliver your favorite Proteano products (Peanut Butter and Oats) to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all serviceable locations across India through our trusted delivery partners, Delhivery and Shiprocket.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days from order confirmation
• Metropolitan Cities: Typically 3-5 business days
• Remote Areas: May take up to 7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political disruptions, or courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

1. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation
2. You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is shipped
3. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Tracking Your Order

• Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking number provided:
• The courier partner’s website (Delhivery/Shiprocket)
• Your PROTEANO account order history
• SMS/Email updates

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. PROTEANO is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.

Our delivery partners (Delhivery and Shiprocket) will attempt delivery during business hours. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Delivery Attempts
If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts
You will be notified via SMS/call before each delivery attempt
After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse

Receiving Your Order
Please inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting delivery
If the package appears damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at

Once accepted, the responsibility for the package condition transfers to you

Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges if they wish to have the order resent.

If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team with your order number, and we will investigate with our delivery partners.
