Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. Unopened Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  2. Original Condition: All tags, labels, and seals must be intact
  3. Complete Product: All accessories, free gifts, and product components must be included
  4. No Damage: The product should not show signs of use, wear, or damage
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
• Customized or personalized items

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Share clear images of the product (if damaged/defective)
  4. Our team will review and approve your return request
  5. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable)
Return Shipping

• For damaged or defective products: PROTEANO will bear the return shipping cost
• For change of mind or other customer-initiated returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:

 

  1. Return the original product following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Products: Items received in damaged condition with proof (photos/videos)
  2. Defective Products: Manufacturing defects or quality issues
  3. Wrong Product: If you received a different product than ordered
  4. Unopened Returns: Products returned in unopened, original condition within 15 days

• Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it within 2-3 business days
• If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method

• Net Banking: 5-10 business days
• UPI: 3-7 business days
• Wallets: 3-7 business days

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

• Products showing signs of minimal use despite being in unopened original packaging
• Missing accessories or components (refund will be proportional)

Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable:

• Original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
• Cash on Delivery charges
• Gift wrapping charges (if applicable)

Refund Rejection

Refunds will be denied if:

• The product is received in used or damaged condition due to customer handling
• The packaging is not intact or original seals are broken
• The return is initiated after 15 days from delivery
• The product does not meet our return conditions
